Régis breeds ewes of the Basque-Béarnaise breed on a human-sized farm. His 130 ewes transhumance from June 1st to early October on the mountains of Laruns in the Ossau Valley. The milk is transformed into tomme cheese from December 1st to the end of May on the farm and then on the summer pasture at an altitude of 1300m from June 1st. For a weekend or a longer stay, Régis welcomes you to his farm in the centre of the village of Laruns in an apartment in a recently transformed ossaloise house
From November 1st to May 30th, Régis will make you participate in the farm activities (suckling lambs, hand milking, sheep care, cheese making...) in his company, which will not prevent you, according to your desires, to practice skiing, snowshoeing, hiking during your stay.
