In the village of Bielle, in the Ossau Valley, Marie Donnot welcomes you in her workshop idéephémère. Marie's specialty is "art bookbinding and paper art". She practices different binding techniques, from the most traditional (French binding, bradel binding, casing) to the most creative (schoolgirl binding, Coptic binding, Japanese binding, honeycomb binding, accordion binding,...). The art of bookbinding requires a technical requirement, precision and rigor that Marie likes to mix with a grain of creative madness and a sweet poetry. In order to share her passion with as many people as possible, Marie offers introductory bookbinding workshops or bookbinding courses in her workshop in Bielle.
