Discover the natural space of the lake of Castet en Vallée, a site of walk and discovery of the wetlands known as of the saligue. In the heart of the Ossau valley, it spreads over a surface of about twenty hectares, on the left bank of the Gave d'Ossau (commune of Bielle).
A towpath on the edge of the Gave d'Ossau and the path in the undergrowth allow you to cross it from side to side. A wooden pontoon leads to the lake from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the listed village of Castet. A circuit of excursions proposes to you to make the complete turn of the site. Its access is free, all year long. In summer, many activities are proposed from the House of the lake by the managers. You can also eat there.
