If you're feeling peckish, want an aperitif or an impromptu meal, Défi Gourmand has been a caterer for 15 years and offers a takeaway service. Several vending machines enable us to offer you 160 fresh crates every day. Dishes of the day, salads, meat, fish, desserts, regional products, you name it!
The range is rounded off by 4 local craftsmen and producers: traditional Greuil from Grulh 'co in Buzy, smoked salmon from Casteigt, Bourrit pastis from Mathieu Mourtérot, and cookies from Jean-Baptiste Grangé, an artisan baker and confectioner.
In summer, a fresh menu: seasonal raw vegetables and Ciabatta, Pineapple Panna Cotta. In winter, tartiflette or ready-to-eat raclette platter (cold meats, cheese, potatoes and salad, all ready to eat).
