Presentation

In a natural environment from the GR10 and back on the ski area. The uses are quite different depending on the audience. Equipped with high-called workshops (horizontal scaling, climbing wall, parallel bar ...) and so-called low workshops (of abdominal bench ...). It is made in accordance with an implementation order to not cause physical injury. It is important that the body is warmed up on the first workshops and harden the activity on the following workshops and end with stretching workshops. If this order is respected, all the public can practice safely and keep a healthy lifestyle.
