OUR TOURIST OFFICES MARKED FOR DISABLED TOURISM
Need information for your holiday? 
Don't hesitate to visit one of the Tourist Offices that have been awarded the Tourisme Handicap label. 
The tourist advisors are trained to welcome you and offer an adapted welcome booklet listing all the accessible and/or Tourisme Handicap-marked sites in their area. 
Their smiles and professionalism will help you enjoy your holiday.
Our offices marked : Arudy, Eaux-Bonnes and Gourette for the 4 disability families:

  • Hearing impairment
  • Mental disability

You will find : 
  • A parking space in front of our offices with an adapted and clearly identified space
  • A personalised welcome from staff trained to welcome you
  • A lowered reception desk 
  • Documentation display at an appropriate height and accessible to wheelchair users
  • Wide internal and external walkways with a good incline
  • Signage with pictograms
  • Reception desk with magnetic loop
  • The possibility of transcribing on paper
  • Dictaphone
  • Braille documentation presenting the area
