To obtain the Tourism Quality™ brand, the service provider must successfully follow a quality approach in accordance with the National Quality Commitments which represent the essential requirements for customer satisfaction.
 
Quality Tourism™ recognized professionals listen through the systematic analysis of satisfaction surveys and complaints. Their services are regularly subject to unannounced and independent control.
 
These procedures allow professionals to continuously improve their services to better satisfy tourists.
The repositories are accessible on the Brand’s official website. They are updated annually.
New activities may be opened upon decision of the National Brand Management Committee. They are indicated on the official website of the Brand and are included in the Specifications during a possible annual update.

Bike Home is a national brand that guarantees a welcome, services and specific equipment adapted to the needs of tourists by bike along cycling routes in France. What is the Tourism & Handicap brand?
Created in 2001 to provide reliable and objective information on the accessibility of tourist sites and facilities, it takes into account the four types of disability (motor, visual, mental and auditory). 
The national trademark is granted by the National Association "Tourism & Disability" after the opinion of the Regional Commission. It can be granted for two, three or four deficiencies for a period of five years after signing the charter of commitment.
The process of obtaining the brand concerns all tourism professionals who wish to commit to welcoming their customers in the best possible conditions
and in complete autonomy.
