To come to the Ossau Valley in winter, you must equip your vehicle with winter tyres or have snow chains or snow socks on board.Certain areas of the Ossau Valley are subject to this regulation from 1 November to 31 March.

Pourtalet Pass: OPEN - Ongoing roadworks may cause disruption to traffic
On Saturday 20 June, during the Quebrantahuesos, the road will be:
- in the direction of Villa Caprice to Col du Pourtalet, limited to 50 km/h
- in the direction of Col du Pourtalet to Villa Caprice, closed from 9.15 am to 5.30 pm
- in both directions between Pourtalet and Biescas, closed from 11.30 am to 5.30 pm
