Set off to conquer the Pic du Midi d'Ossau, the mythical peak of the Pyrenees, reaching an altitude of 2884m.
A beautiful and varied itinerary with three short climbing sections.

Organisation
You meet your guide at 6.30am at the station car park in Laruns.
You have the option of joining the group at the Aneou car park or at the Pombie refuge (please let us know when you book).
The starting point is 30 km away, on the Col du Pourtalet road (personal vehicle essential, but car pooling possible).
Approx. 1.30-hour approach hike (330m ascent) to the Col de Suzon, via the Pombie refuge.
Then ascent of the Pic (3 short climbing passages where you are roped up and secured).
Picnic lunch at the summit.
Descent by the same route.
Return by vehicle around 5 p.m.
Level : Must be in good physical condition and used to long hikes - From 14 years of age.
