Setting off to explore the peaks

For the ascent, the skis are fitted with ‘climbing skins’ (under the skis) that prevent you from sliding backwards, and the bindings release the heel to make it easier to walk. Once at the summit, they lock into place to allow a descent similar to that of downhill skiing.
Ski touring is an endurance sport which, however, requires a basic level of downhill skiing to fully enjoy the descent in complete safety.

Are you a fan of winter sports looking for new thrills? Ski touring is for you!
Set off on a day of adventure to explore snow-capped peaks, such as the Pic de Canaourouye, the Pic de Peyreget or the Pic d’Anéou.

Practical information:
As this activity takes place in the great outdoors, it is advisable to check snow conditions and avalanche risks...
To ensure a safe outing, guides offer tours throughout the winter.
