Presentation

The first sections of the Ossau Valley greenway/bike route have been completed. It will eventually link Buzy to Eaux-Bonnes and will cross 9 municipalities. To date, 13 km of cycle route (Buzy/Bielle and Geteu/Laruns station sections) with rest areas equipped with multifunctional bicycle terminals. A very easy bike ride at the foot of the mountains, at the entrance of the green Ossau valley, on a greenway that took over from an old railroad. It has a bucolic landscape dimension on the edge of the powerful river Gave that comes down from the mountains, but also a heritage dimension.
