May 8th to 10th, 2026

Between majestic mountains, deep forests, and sunlit alpine pastures, discover—or rediscover—the Ossau Valley, a true jewel of the Béarn region, on the doorstep of the Pyrenees National Park.

This trail running camp immerses you in a preserved natural environment, between iconic peaks and authentic mountain villages.

You will explore varied and demanding routes, combining technical climbs, committed descents, and ridge sections, offering breathtaking views of the Ossau mountains and the iconic Pic du Midi d’Ossau.

An exceptional playground for all trail running enthusiasts!

Throughout the course, you will refine your trail running skills: effort management, uphill and downhill running, pole usage, running technique, and video analysis. You will also cover key concepts in mountain training and performance, in a friendly atmosphere, close to nature.

Your accommodation, the Auberge de la Vallée d’Ossau, is a warm and welcoming guesthouse located in a typical village, offering an authentic and friendly atmosphere.
