Behind every product lies authentic expertise, passed down with passion by our producers.

Maria Blanca Farm – Bénou Plateau
Visit the farm where their Gascon pigs enjoy the open air all summer long.
Farm shop serving delicious farm produce, platters of charcuterie made from Gascon black pigs, farm-made ice cream and drinks.

Mondot Farm - Ferrières
The Mondot family welcomes you every day from 5.30 pm (from Easter to All Saints’ Day) to visit the farm and the cheese-making room, and you can also watch the goats being milked. 
How to get there:
From Arudy, head towards Nay, then at Asson follow signs for the Col du Soulor.
From the Aubisque (open from June to October), head towards the Col du Soulor, then Arbéost / Ferrières (65560).

Montagne Verte Honey Farm
Open Monday to Friday in July and August from 2 pm to 6.30 pm; the rest of the year from 10 am to 12 noon and 2 pm to 6.30 pm.
Duration of visit: 1½ hours. 
In the village of Aas, observe the bees in complete safety through a glass beehive whilst discovering the fascinating world of bees and the work of the beekeeper.
