Based in the heart of the Ossau Valley, in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques, Aurélie offers her artisanal cookies in sweet or savoury versions.
As a certified "Artisan Gourmand des Pyrénées-Atlantiques" in the "Biscuit-making" category, I work with ingredients in small batches, using quality raw materials sourced from local producers, which means that the results are "just like home". In 2021, I had the privilege of being published in the famous "Gault & Millau".
