"Chip Shop" Visit workshop and exhibition In the shepherd's pocket, a sundial, a very popular heritage item used by shepherds in the Pyrenees. This watch is the authentic shepherd's watch, made of boxwood, a secular heritage of pastoralism. It is in BUZY, in the valley of OSSAU, on the edge of the Pyrenean chain, region of PAU that I perpetuate the manufacture of this object.
