Presentation

You'll set off to explore one of the wild mountain sanctuaries, close to the border ridges, to discover the secrets of Pyrenean nature, the lives of our mountain inhabitants, and the mysteries of the flora and fauna hidden beneath the snow. An immersive hike designed for the curious (and motivated), who might fancy a bit of sport away from the ski slopes.

Organization : 

Meet at 8.45am in front of the Gourette Tourist Office or 9am at Villa Caprice (Laruns-Gourette or Laruns-Espagne crossroads) with your mountain guide.
Activity duration: approx. 8 hrs (including transport and breaks)
800 m ascent
Return: 5pm in Gourette
