o Every day during school holidays: from 21/12/2024 to 5/01/2025 and from 7/02/2025 to 9/03/2025.

The ski area will be open depending on snow conditions.

 Very bright flat on the promenade of the Résidence de l'Ours. Equipped for a pleasant stay with the family or as a couple. The flat is located on the ground floor, with a beautiful view over Lake Fabrèges and a pleasant covered terrace. It's very close to the resort's shops, the gondola lift to the ski area in winter and the Artouste train in summer. Comprising a lounge/living room with open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Sleeping accommodation: 1 enclosed alcove 9m²: 1 bed 160 x 200 and 1 enclosed alcove 12m²: 4 secure bunk beds 90x190 Duvets, blankets and pillows available Linen required: 1 fitted sheet 160x200 - Flat sheet for bed 160 x200 - 2 pillowcases 65x65 and 2 pillowcases 50x70 cm - 4 fitted sheets 90x190 - 4 flat sheets for 1 person and 8 pillowcases 50x70.
